There are insufferable fans for every team/celebrity/historical figure/show ever. I didn’t say that the Cardinals are beyond reproach. I just don’t see the same amount of vitriol leveled at, say, the Dodgers or their fans.

Frankly, with two innings left for the Pirates to potentially score and the division on the line, a 9 run lead still didn’t feel safe. Funny bit of deception by Jay (if it was intentional). Maybe a test run in case a similar situation comes up in the playoffs?
