    Give Park Whiz a shot. you type in the Art Institute and it'll give you every garage close and their price.

    These towers hover directly over House of Blues. Using Parkwhiz, I parked there for $12/day on the weekend. Public parking is all valet, though.

    You can usually find parking there for pretty cheap if you use Park Whiz.

    2nd least? That's surprising. My g/f's old Fit lasted 190k miles with very few problems. It's still soldiering on with her parents after she got a new car.

    Honda Fit. It's a combination wedge/2 box form, but its simplicity and clever interior packaging made it extremely versatile. My girlfriend had one, and she always blew people's minds how much stuff it could hold.
