Even the smaller LCD is still a tack-on. I drove both with and without sat nav, and I'm a fan of the '13 dash (again, no sat nav)
This is exactly why I bought a 2013 Mazda3 over the 2014.
I love both the logic and the looks of it. The calipers are the best bit of it all.
