In the beginning of this conservatorship, we know that she hired her own attorneys and that they were summarily dismissed by the court. Then the court appointed Ingham.

I might be a teeny tiny more impressed if he was actually surfing a wave but this.... with the flag... and John Denver...... blech

I really wanna know who was in the focus-group testing for this. I’d like to think the reaction was a mix of “idano who that is, but boats and flags are ok” and “Holy shit, please let that asshole embarrass himself on national media.”

They were also fathers when they were most unhinged. A fact that we need to point out more, especially when people want to make that a supporting factor in why she *needed* this conservatorship. There is so much bad faith fuckery here and it’s all completely legal. 😬🙄😒

Did you hear why it was prescribed in the first place?

I will never understand how the judge who approved the conservatorship, Reva Goetz, came to the conclusion that Jamie Spears would be an appropriate conservator for his daughter. In The New York Times article about the case, it was clear that the man barely had his own life together and was definitely not a good…

I don’t think I’m seeing a ton of people saying it’s not a problem. I can see some people maybe saying they can UNDERSTAND it even if it’s not helpful behavior (for her children or anyone - I don’t have kids, I know it’s a bad response, I would still imagine in her shoes it was a nightmare and she felt no control and…

No matter how many times I see it, I will never understand lipliner outside of one’s lips. It’s never going away, is it?
