I’m constantly amazed that a bunch of yuppies playing intramural flag football in Chicago have a better playing surface than the actual professional football team and that the same entity is responsible for both playing surfaces.

It’s not a shitty, worn down field, it’s “distressed”.

As much as I would like to express sympathy for a city’s fan base that just celebrated an NBA title two months ago, three of the last five World Series titles, and five Super Bowl victories out of six tries in the last 33 years... I can’t. Boo friggin’ hoo.
