Part of the cost of gas is refiners having to make all of the different blends and octane levels for all different areas. The cost would greatly go down if all they had to make was 95 octane gas.

They need to make it where the battery packs can be easily switchable, and like trading in an empty propane tank when its empty at your local gas station, you just go to a charging station, and swap out your drained battery for a fresh one, and then you never really have your own battery pack, you just charge up the
