Nowhere in his post did he even mention that the kid was black.
It used to be that every show needed a token black guy. Do we now need a token gay/bi/brony/one legged/albino/chinese/tall/short/elderly/whatever else you can come up with, for people to be happy?
So it’s either charge, or listen to music, not both?
I guess it’s completely out of the question that he puts on a show and acts quite differently in “real life”, huh? Do you act the same way around your grand parents as you do when you’re out partying with your friends?
If blind people can bloody echo locate by clicking their tongues, I can believe that he can hear someone singing next to him, even with speakers around.
I’ve never been able to fully understand who’s talking whom, @ or no @, so this doesn’t really change anything for me.
That’s what I was thinking the whole time I was reading. I don’t work for a month and then find out what my boss will pay me, that’s written out in the contract ahead of time.
I live in Sweden, I filled up a few days ago and paid $5.6/gal which according to a quick search is about 3x what you’re paying in the US today. Still driving a gas car. EVs are expensive, I live in an apartment so I can’t charge overnight, and sitting around waiting at the one or two stations around me isn’t really…
Well... yes, they did. Their definition of an open eye is biased towards a rounded shape of the opening between his eyelids, otherwise he wouldn’t have had this issue. How else would you explain it since we’re too stupid to understand?
I’m sure it wasn’t shut down because of people like you taking advantage of it.
“I’m going on 30 years. Try to keep up, junior. You’d be eaten alive in my town.”
This is supposed to convince those muppets that the landing wasn’t faked? They’ll just say that with today’s technology it’s even easier to fake a landing and create fake images that “proves” the landing happened.
I didn’t think I would have to point out that reliable systems would need to be in place first. What I’m saying is that it’s time to make an actual push to make it happen. Here in Sweden we’re getting closer and closer every day and most people I know don’t really use cash any more.
Stores wont accept cash if their machines aren’t working so that wouldn’t help much. During the 10-15 years I’ve been 99% cash free I can’t remember a single time I’ve been screwed by something like that. The closest is probably slow downs of the system in a store due to extreme strain like the night before Christmas…
In this case it is a service that was created in collaboration between the biggest banks in Sweden and it is free to use. So I don’t think it monetizes your data any more than the normal bullshit that banks do to make money.
I can see that as a reason. Personally I don’t feel I have that problem though and highly prefer non-cash. But I understand the reasoning for it, seeing actual money leaving your hand makes the purchase more “real” in a sense.
Or just go ahead and kill cash completely already. It’s time. I haven’t really used cash in many years now. It almost backfired when I was in the Netherlands and as I was going to a train station with a cab I couldn’t pay with my card, had to be cash, which I didn’t have on me because “everyone takes cards, right?”.…
I still have a tube TV in the living room (I don’t really watch TV and when I do, it’s not in the living room) that I haven’t gotten rid of because I know how heavy it is. Monsters they are.
So stressed out cops should be allowed to hit/shoot people that piss them off because they’re stressed out?
