Why does the size of your apartment matter when deciding which hard drive to get?

I’m just a hobby shooter, so like you say, the difference is probably not big enough for my nooby eyes to discern.

I’m using a Nikon D7100. I’ll see what Nikon has to offer.

I usually just shoot jpg since it’s “good enough” most of the time. I bump it up to RAW when I know that the shots will likely be a bit wonky. Like if I’m shooting where it’s very dark for example.

What post processing program would you recommend for a noob that doesn’t need to tweak every last miniscule pixel? I briefly tried Lightroom since that seems to be the standard but... that is one frustrating interface to use. I never felt in control of what the hell I was doing to the file, if I was working on a copy,

Can the embassy just kick his ass out already so we can get this over with? I’m tired of him making my country look even more idiotic than it already is.

So, anyone else watch Spamfish play mario the other week?

If it brought him joy, it was worth it.

Luck can only get you so far. You don’t get as big, and stay as big, as he is on Youtube on luck alone. That’s a pretty naive thing to say.

Mid 30's here and we had a rotary phone until I was around 9-10 or so IIRC. We switched when the system was updated and no longer could support ye olde phones.

It’s stuff like this that makes you feel old when you realise there are kids today that have never touched, or even seen, a rotary phone in real life.

I live in Sweden and we get a fair amount of snow here now and then. It’s incredibly rare that I see anyone flip their vipers up. I’ve never done it myself and I don’t plan on starting now.

No idea if the dude is Swedish or not. I did try to read some of his twitter but my brain started having seizures trying to decipher what the fuck he was trying to say, so I stopped.

One of few sports where Sweden is still producing some decent talent.

Sorry to hear that. Yeah, it can get pretty bad. It can essentially cook your brain and pop blood vessels causing all kinds of damage that might not be apparent right then and there.

Nah. You can get some pretty horrible burns though, both externally and internally.

Yup, that’s pretty much it. I feel like I’m “overdoing it” so to speak.

Your method allows you to take images with a larger DOF, but the level of detail remains the same. Their technique actually increases the effective resolution of the image.
