You can on the PS4 as well, but its not nearly as smooth when you factor in the blur and the already poor camera controls on the port. Plus most people are use to the dual analog style of play with games nowadays so I imagine it goes a bit underused.

I played the PSP version for maybe a grand total of 8 hours. One thing to keep in mind is that a PSP doesn't have a right thumbstick, so its likely the controls for the PS4 version were made (albeit poorly) specifically for the port.
