I think that’s definitely the case. The last two books felt a bit like filler you’d find in the mid part of a TV series

Not mentioned, of, course, is just who the party was that fought health care tooth and nail and which one passed an actual plan

Then maybe he should have left it at three books like he originally planned? Nothing’s that happened since then has given people the confidence that he knows where all of this is going

There was a rumor that he had finished the book and was going to have it published this winter. Supposedly, he really wanted to reveal Jon Snow’s fate before the TV show and HBO was willing to push the start of the season back a few months to help him out. But then he just came out and said he’s been too busy getting

He did just throw his wife under the bus, so....so much for honor

Also it’s the NFL. The only time people care about the “integrity of the game” in football is when it affects their bets

Dude went to Europe for “experimental” surgery to fix a busted neck. I just assumed he was on some sort of steroid

also striking out in the bottom of the ninth with runners on base during a playoff game

Send them some hummus, falafel, and nachos

STP always deserves props for not only having Sarsh Michelle Geller in that video at the height of Buffy but at her peak hotness

My guess is she learned those moves trying to avoid players from the men’s football team at parties

I actually looked through all the major sports sites to see if they mentioned this and nope, none of them did. If the sports media who covers the sport doesn’t seem to even be aware/care that this happened (kind of like Russell Wilson’s obvious concussion in the NFC Championship game was quickly slipped under the

couldn’t it be said that one of the problems is the crappy treatment the players get from owners as well as the ineptitude of the NFLPA in that the sport is such that players feel like they have to play when they’re seriously injured or have suffered severe concussions because they either don’t have the money to

Exact for the fact there’s no evidence whatsoever that marijuana has any effect on drugs like Wellbutrin at all.

Except depression and suicidal thoughts are fairly common among football players suffering from the effects of CTE (such as....Junior Seau) as well as plenty of stories about NFL doctors not giving a crap about helping players when they’re injured

whenever I see friends post pictures of their kids playing youth football I cringe and want to email them about how dunder-headed it is to let them play it. Whatever you think about football, CTE and college/professional football, youth football just seems wrong.

None of those stats including serious injuries sustained while playing or injuries that lead to worse issues as they age. Focusing just on deaths is one of those “seeing the forest for the trees” type things in which there are a lot worse things going on that aren’t being talked about.

Cheerleading isn’t a Kajillion dollar enterprise built around physical violence nor leads to more injuries that accumulate over time to the point they have CTE or are physically maimed by the time they retire. I don’t want to minimize deaths in cheerleading but the whole point of it isn’t to smash another person while

I think what’s going to happen is something like what’s happening now in that the sport will mainly be played by poor African Americans in rural areas living in abject poverty because it’s the only way out. And most people won’t care that we’re sacrificing them for our enjoyment

1)Dusty’s teams historically (and statistically) have a record of overachieving and his players have said they’ll run through walls for him and Giants players often credited him for the success. Most stat guys have given up on explaining it why and just shrug their shoulders.
