Sicks are raised and easier to reach from further away. Dpads are not. Pretty basic stuff.

In Poland you’re required by law to pay for overtime. Why are people here treating payed overtime like a privilege? The entire world isn’t the backwards US where salaried employees aren’t entitled to overtime pay.

In Poland overtime pay is guaranteed as a matter of labour law and not the largesse of a corporation. Only in the US is crunch not entitled to compensation because in the US salaried employees aren't entitled to overtime pay.
