As far as I know Al-Arabiya doesn't have an English broadcast channel and GABHPR is refering to Al-Jazeera English which is indeed better than any US news broadcaster. Anyway if Al-Jazeera is biased then Al-Arabiya is doubly so since it's Saudi-owned.
