Being a veteran of this platform I can shed some light on why you see damage on every panel of the SN95, especially the 99-04 models. First, these models are super cheap, which brings owners who do not care about them whatsoever.

I had mine for 13 years, it’s a 96 GT that I’ve been building for atleast a half a decade. I think these cars are really cool with the right mods. Definitely not for the typical fast car enthusiast, more for people who like to build.

Not true. I owned my B5 Audi 1.8T sport for 5 years, and its been on the road for 16 years. Do not smoke in your car, take care of maintenance and it should last almost forever until the engine/trans finally says No.
