The fans really liked the [Uncharted] movie, and people who didn’t know anything about the game really liked the movie.”

Morning Spoilers is really just going to be shitty direct to VOD movies for the foreseeable future, isn’t it?

THR reports Mattel is now “meeting with directors” to discuss the company’s planned Hot Wheels movie at Warner Bros.

Rick and Morty will probably be fine. Roiland’s actual creative involvement with the show was pretty limited after season 2, as we found out - he was just a voice actor after that.

I don’t know what Batwheels is, but great galloping ghouls, that sounds awful

Cocaine Bear was quite possibly the most surprising movie I’ve seen in a very long time. Surprising in that it had no excuse to be as horribly boring as it was.

I have little faith in Amazon’s ability to make a decent Fallout show, particularly after their anemic adaptations of LotR and Wheel of Time.

Gnarly Action movies starting 65 year olds  . . . Is it Tom Cruise remembering what life was like when he was young in the 80's?

I absolutely HATE the idea of a musical. Just hate it- I also hated anytime I got cornered into watching a Disney movie because of the singing. The idea of a Star Trek musical feels anathema to me.

What else doesn’t make a lick of sense is that IO9 once again offers series analysis from a writer who admits mid-article that they haven’t seen the show.

My single and only problem with Solo was the casting of Han Solo.  I just did not find him charismatic in the show.   But it was like a fly in soup.

Glover is a genius and I have every confidence that he’ll write a just amazing, game-changing, brilliant series.

Let’s be real any announcement about shows having runners are just Disney trying to stay relevant ahead of an incoming dearth of content or news cycle shit that will last months.  This has about the same odds as any other Disney Star Wars project announced at a D23 or whatever over the past 8 years, which is to say

Best part of this show was Olivia Coleman. It’s not even a contest

The death of Maria Hill is even more pointless when you look at the role Vaara played.
