Even if P3 never gets made, I will remain ever grateful we got Paddington 1 & 2

Welcome (back) to the world of tomorrow!

Does anyone watch La Brea? I don’t know why, but I thought it was still in it’s first season, much less having had a second season and being renewed for a third. Good shows get cancelled and this show doesn’t? It boggles the mind.

This all looks good to me aside from the GoT WW knock off. Hinestly I don’t think it’s super interesting but I am also just not a fan of greek/roman mythology in general so that might be partly to blame. I do like that we are seeing a lot of D-list characters in the mix. Hopefully they bring in some fresh directors to

Sounds good. I’ll believe it when I see it.

So we’re getting a fourth live-action Batman in an upcoming movie, huh?

The thing about Kindred for me is that I have been riveted and captivated by the book every time I’ve read it. The show did not do that for me. It just had the feel of a bog standard TV mystery/thriller and not the deeply personal, painful journey of this one woman that the book captures so well.

Just thowing this out there - how large is the appetite from the American public to constantly rehash Slave-era stories? I don’t mean from just io9, I mean when you include everyone.

Your take was pretty reserved, so don’t take this as an attack on your opinion in particular, but I do not understand the “Bella Ramsey looks too young” take. I think people are remembering TLoA2 Ellie, because Ellie in the first game looks very, very young, I would argue much younger than Ramsey does.

former Arrow writers Jill Blankenship and Graine Godfree have joined the writing staff of Daredevil: Born Again

I have to say given how the movies turn out, this is EXACTLY how I imagine Sony’s SPUMC movies being put together:

I would strongly argue that Venom as not a good movie by any objective criteria. It is a very watchable movie for one reason, and one reason only; the fun dynamic between Eddie and the symbiote, emphasized by Hardy’s totally committed performance. If you look at literally ANY of the rest of the film, it’s as big of an

Some Sony exec “nobody better mention ‘Morbin’ time’ until after Emma signs the contract”

Meanwhile, Emma Roberts told Collider the Madame Web movie tells its story in a “very unexpected” way.

They also really drove home how Joel and Sarah did not have anything with wheat in it the day or so leading up to everything going crazy. No pancake mix in the house, turns down the biscuits, does not eat the cookies due to raisins, forgot to get a cake.

It’s going to be super awkward watching press interviews for Shazam 2, Flash and Aquaman 2 this year.

This is Black Adam all over again. They are going to pretend that this iteration of the character has a future until the movie is released.

Agreed. I think Snyder does some really interesting stuff visually, but the storytelling is always wacky. Look who wrote Dawn of the Dead though:

Netflix, I can’t figure out why your subs are stagnant.

Sorry folks, Netflix canceled the series and has taken it off the service. ;-)
