Wow, you are all over the place here.

I read the plot summary of the book. It sounds like a creepy sexual grooming scenario.

Rose Leslie deserves better

In the original Star Wars trilogy it was pretty obvious that the Empire was clearly patterned off the aesthetics and trappings of both the Nazis as well as the British Empire. This was a deliberate choice by George Lucas as Star Wars was clearly inspired WW2 action movies were the Nazis were the default villains.

Yes I know that is what they are saying about the shuffle. I have my doubts that it is true, but yes. they are saying that. And yes, I know Lin confirmed it and said he was happy about it.

Release the Nudist Cut!

Too bad Stanton did everything he could to sabotage the project, refusing to take advice to position the movie to succeed even before Disney's marketing bungled it further. Highly recommend the book on the production ("John Carter and the Gods of Hollywood") to see the countless ways everyone involved could not get

Personally I think it’s the name/costume that throws them off about robin. Despite the fact that it has gone through multiple evolutions over the years they just think of Burt ward in hot pants, and the terrible Schumacher movies. Also how can I make a character named robin dark and brooding that’s too hard /s.

Matt Reeves seemed less-than-enthused when asked if Robin would make an appearance in the next Batman movie

“Negan and Maggie move to a rundown major metropolitan city. Where they begin to rebuild society, and probably hook up along the way...”

Yup. The comic danced around the issue by flashing forward so it didn’t have to write the part where (somehow) Maggie got over it, but the show wrote off Maggie as part of the flash-forward and then expect us to be okay with her showing up and being hunky doory with everyone being buddy buddy with the guy who murdered

Your comment should get all the stars. Nothing more needs to be said about this.

There is no world where the person that bashed in my fiance’s head with a baseball bat becomes anyone other than someone I will kill. I’ve not watched in a few seasons, but the whole Negan isn’t bad is dumb.

Oh for fucks sake.

Man. I mean, fine and everything, but when are the other productions houses going to learn that the reason HBO is lauded the way it is is because they don’t generally reboot. (Also, they invest in things because that’s their business, Amazon “cut corners wherever you can” Prime.) Yes, I’m aware of Watchmen.

I watched both seasons of Another Life and all I remember of it was that Katee Sackhoff was in it (but not what her character was like), everybody constantly made dumb decisions, and it was bad.

I gotta disagree,  I found it to be the worst entry in the series.  I like the MCU, I am a huge Marvel nerd. I knew who the Eternals were decades ago.   I still don’t see a world where putting them into the MCU makes any sense at all.  And for how beautiful all the on set locations look, why did the end up hiring a

How much does it cost for an article like this; I’ve got a wet fart coming on that could use this kind of coverage

When I look at the various synopses of Tom Swift, I can’t imagine it would last more than 10 episodes. And then I remember it’s on the CW and assume it’s gonna last 5 seasons.

I’m going to go out on a limb here and say its not an Alien story if it’s set on Earth. This sounds like a Weyland-Yutani story, which is not what I am looking for. Also, retconning that Weyland-Yutani came into contact with a xenomorph prior to the Nostromo investigating LV-426 has the potential to really bum me out.
