The scenes in this trailer fall into two categories: (1) the ones that make me excited for this movie and (2) the ones with Awkwafina.

That was very eh.

Damn this looks great! But Awkwafina gets on my last nerve so that’s a big problem.

Wow. I was bored with that trailer. I would’ve preferred Asian lead Iron Fist, and not I’m a guy that know all martial arts. But it’s just the first trailer. Maybe the second one would get me motivated. I’ll just enjoy Daredevil, and Into the Badlands in the meantime.

A trailer where Awkifina gets more lines than the main character?

Can’t be any worse than that last (Predator movie). God that movie was so weird, and not in a good way.

I have to imagine that any subsequent seasons will be cheaper to produce since there was probably a lot of start up costs associated in that nearly half billion dollars spent on the first season. 

I mean, the Julia Louis-Dreyfuss scene should probably be taught in acting schools as a key example of what “stealing a scene” looks like. She just strutted in there and took it.

I’m not being facetious, but can someone explain to me the difference between this and if, say, my graphic design job had me do paid work and that work somehow went on to be part of making millions of dollars?
