Personally, I’d rather it be someone other than The Rock. Like, that’s the only reason I don’t want to see it. The Rock can only be The Rock and his shit is tiring. Wouldn’t mind some super jacked Middle Easterner/Egyptian in the role but obviously Americans wouldn’t know who that guy is. People know The Rock ergo The

I definitely needed that full crew for my Lego Razor Crest

No, it’s reportedly terrible. TERRIBLE. Imagine having this cast and making a terrible film:

It’s not snarky, it’s a legitimate point. If a movie has strong bones, it rarely goes through HUGE reshoots, has a troubled editing stage, and then sits on a shelf. Lots of good or great movies have massive battles behind the scenes, but all that plus a two-year release delay? Unlikely.

It’s also one of those stories that doesn’t really reach a conclusion because it’s only the first chapter of a trilogy, and there’s approximately zero chance of the sequels getting made.

It’s a different timeline in an alternate universe.

Nick Jonas, bullshitting his way through acting much like how he acted like he was a musician.

That Black Adam movie continues to perplex the fuck out of me.

“Decadent” is a strange way of describing a Tom and Jerry movie.

You know who never tweeted pro-Nazi sentiments? Christopher Lee... because he literally fought Nazis in real life.

What mess? With the exception of the usual right wing echo chamber that equates hate speech to advocating for a social safety net no-one’s really upset about this. Disney / Lucasfilm handled it very well indeed with multiple warnings over a number of months that showed Gina Carano demonstrate exceptionally poor

Counterpoint: Yes, it will go away soon.

I’m not one to defend Disney, but how in the hell did they create this for themselves?

She can be replaced in a second and wasn’t really that critical to the plot.

Have created for themselves? They fired a woman who posted media comparing her plight to the holocaust.

Is it common for lobbyists to GIVE legislation to politicians? Like rather than politicians write it themselves and their team? That seems sketchy af.

It’s not that poor Epic isn’t making money. It’s that they aren’t making as much money as they could be making.

but don’t you understand?! the TOS shouldn’t apply to Epic because of reasons?!?!

Man Epic really is having a hard time taking responsibility for breaking the TOS. Let’s say this does pass though, I can see Apple etc just charging a large upfront fee or even a yearly hosting fee.
