Exactly this! I’ve posted this on other Avenue 5 stories here. They just keep repeating themselves. “Oh no, the casket is in orbit! Oh no, now 3 more caskets are orbiting the ship! Oh no, now there’s poop orbiting the ship!” If the main joke of 3 of the first 5 episodes is the same joke, you are already out of ideas.

Do the characters become more likable/competent as the season continued? I lost interest because most of the characters are incompetent jerks, and it just became too much. There needs to be a balance -- I mean, look at the Three Stooges. On paper, they’re a trio of hateful, incompetent, womanizing failures. But,

I feel like I just don’t understand this show. Which is weird, because normally I really like Hugh Laurie.

Riverdale Season 5 is so going to feature a pandemic.

There is a weird uncurrent in this review, as if the writer was constantly surprised that a matriarchal society is not a utopia. Bits like this:

Yup. He should be blacklisted and forced to work at an Arby's for the rest of his meaningless life. I hope j j abrams is happy he gave this thug a career boost.

If I were Feige I’d have a long talk with Sony execs about what Orci’s hiring says about their treatment of the Spider-Man brand.

I refuse to watch anything written by that right wing, 9/11 truther. Sony drop him now.

It’s incredible to me that both Vin Diesel and The Rock are both currently working so much. I just didn’t think their was room for two incredibly uninteresting generic dudes sticking their nose into every movie imaginable to be consumed by mostly the Chinese but I guess I was wrong.

Considering they put Simon Kinberg in charge of directing Dark Phoenix after he was responsible for writing three of Fox’s worst superhero movies - The Last Stand, Fant4stic, and Apocalypse - I think you’re probably right.

My first thought was, isn’t this the shit my kids watch youtube for?

I think there might be a couple on there that aren’t terrible... but most just looked IQ draining. To the point of making “Do you subscribe to Quibi?” a good dating question. If they do, it probably also means they genuinely enjoy reality TV and think Ariana Grande’s music is avant garde.

On today’s’ episode of Actor would like to Work we have Karl Urban joining us....”

Really trying to understand how the new BSG project could be set in the same universe but not cover the ground Caprica or BSG itself covered? I guess you could look at the other colonies, but really the BSG is the main point of the story.

“There’s this website and sometimes people DIE because of it!”

Nate getting that mattress discount. Oh how I love Legends.

According to the outlet, this new take will “introduce an iconic new slasher for the digital age in a world where internet urban legends are born and move at a terrifying pace.”

I’m really looking forward to not watching this.

1,000-year old, single and gay vampire?

Also, a big Easter egg: Loki is wearing a jumpsuit that has “TVA” on it. That’s the initials of the Time Variance Authority, so it looks like Loki’s jumping through time is going to get him caught by some time cops.
