I do not like that you can be fired from your job for doing something outside of your work hours. It gives way too much power to the industries to monitor your life and terminate you for absurd reasons. Even if it’s quite justified in this kind of situations, it will be abused sooner than later.

No one ever said that blacks never commit crimes. What’s different is how the law enforcement treat white criminals vs black criminals. White people generally get far more lenient sentences and also are much more unlikely to get trialed for trivial charges.

Just because this one time, it was a mistake doesn’t mean that there isn’t a shitload of racist acts. I mean, just look at the comments made towards Bubba because of this misinterpretation. That alone should tell you that racism is very far from being done.

“Fake” hate crimes are such a minuscule percentage of the occurrence that they are shouldn’t even be compared to the gigantic amount of actual hate crimes.

That’s not systemic racism. It’s quite probably not even racism (it all depends on intend of the one that made the knot) even though a noose is a racist symbol.
