Those of us who wanted that, went independent. We voted for Bernie. 

These are not Democratic folks. I live in a rural area as well. I see it and hear it because I am white. I used to do home health and I did get an earful. They were republicans that voted for Trump. Some of us knew better. I must say education plays a huge role.
