Icelandic butter or Smjor is the best butter I’ve ever tasted. Its hard to find in the states but if you check a few fancy grocers, you should be able to eventually find it.

Yeah its sometimes difficult to parse thankless, menial, tasks from things that SOMEONE has to do and gets assigned or volunteered for based on availability. Even if a task is thankless or boring it could make you more indispensable to the company and thus provide more job security. If the work is after hours or not…
