Your life is about to get a whole lot better. 40 is good. 50 is even better. Can't speak beyond that, but hopefully the positive trajectory of giving no fucks and answering to fewer and fewer douchebags will continue.

50 is great. I'll be 52 this summer and 50 was a real turning point for me. My motto now is "fuck that noise." I'm old and I am no longer going to do anything I don't want to do (within reason, of course). It's extremely freeing.

Yum yum! I made Atlantic Beach Pie from NYT recipe and it was delicious and easy - if you like lemons, you should make this tomorrow. The crust made with saltines is the perfect foil to the tart filling.
