If drinking was an adequate reason for committing felonies, the whole contradiction of the American Judicial System with alcohol being a legal entity would be a farce. Not to mention, the jails would be teeming with hordes of beer drinkers. Alcohol does not make people evil.

Pornographers have rights too. This is America we are talking about...right?
