Bulbasaur is something I grew to appreciate with age. I didn’t really care for it and it’s evolutions as a 7 or 8 year old playing Blue. I was always a Squirtle and Charmander kind of person. If that’s the case, it’s likely the Windows icon has a transparent background, so it would look a lot better on the task bar. I’m guessing that transparent background didn’t work on the Switch, which explains the ugly white on the icon.
