I absolutely love this game. Back in the day, I played thru it multiple times thanks to it’s implementation of newgameplus. Sadly, I did not enjoy the movie.
I rarely comment on Kotaku, but I have to say my piece about this game. I too am stuck in this endless love hate relationship with Okami. I played it on PS2 completely. Yes, I am one of the few people that have finished it.
I have Dragon Warrior IV for NES and it’s in English. I found it at a flea market many years ago.
Not my favorite game series of all time, but definitely my favorite RPG series.
