I had ended the 2 year commit long ago! Then upgraded to the next plan, During the time before i changed to next i didnt receive any discounts so im unsure. Ill have to call AT&T.

I think if you get a phone on the next plan you also get a 20 or 25 dollar mothly credit towards your bill.
