As long as you don’t reuse any, you can probably focus on ones you still use. Most important one obviously is email, since if someone gets into that they can reset any of your other passwords.

Then you’re a prime candidate of getting a password manager to do all that stuff for you.

I’m just curious as to what constitutes a password that needs to be changed ASAP vs ones that I can leave alone. I don’t share any passwords between my accounts but most of them have been seen (some as few as 7 times, one almost 500 times.)

Use a password manager such as lastpass. If you are using an iOS device(iPhone, iPad), the latest set of updates are very impressive on how well password managers integrate with the device.
