I agree! And as I noted I think Disney+ has the potential to be great! But I tried to log in today (Thursday) and was greeted by a blank screen that entirely failed to load. It’d be great if users could actually enjoy all that excellent content without needing to constantly log out and back in, close and reopen the

I don’t think this is at all an unreasonable request considering the experiences of many users.

I can’t believe they didn’t include a continue watching feature. Also I hope we get an extra free week. I haven’t been able to watch more than 10 mins before it freezes.

LOL! The Mandalorian was great. Most of these “issues” lasted less than 24 hours. In a week they’ll be ancient history. Disney+ is a juggernaut, and this outrage won’t even be a blip a year from now.

Very agree. This is also probably a good time to point out that, in my own experience, Disney has some issues with tech in general.

Weird, I had absolutely no problems doing any of this on launch day. I waited until 6pm Pacific time but I was able to: sign up, install the Roku app, change my password, create multiple profiles, edit those profiles, find and add content to a watchlist, and watch things without any problems. I don’t have particularly

Excellent counter point. Deadlines contribute to that. Also, after experiencing countless buggy game releases that I paid to own I learned that there are so many hardware and OS code variables in the world that couldn’t be taken into account for so the only way to debug is to release it and see what comes up. I'm not

I’m almost positive that they’re prioritizing their newer content VS the older stuff. The morning it launched, we couldn’t even pull up any of the TV shows to see what episodes were available, but Mando ran perfectly in flawless 4k. Then, that night, my husband and I watched an episode of Talespin and a few episodes

HA! I just commented that elsewhere. I also don’t like that it doesn’t gray out the episodes you’ve already seen. Or that the show pages don’t have dropdowns for seasons. When a show like the Simpsons has 30 seasons, I don’t feel like scrolling down every time.

What really irritates me is that the app doesn’t let you know what episodes you’ve already watched, or even has a Continue Watching shelf which I think is important in case you’re in the middle of a few series.

Anyone who’s ever had the misfortune of using any of the Disney apps for their parks would be fully anticipating this.

Your complaints are basically for a service that just started. I’d like to read your first draft of your article before you proofread it. I bet it would have been filled with mistakes and in some parts incoherent. After you proofread and fixed the spelling and grammatical mistakes then it was a good article worthy of

Hmm... I’ve had no real issues thus far.

I just want a “continue watching” section.

I knew it would run like shit. Literally every single Disney streaming app is terrible. Disney Now, Disney XD, Disney Channel, etc. all have poor image quality, consistently crash, have commercials, bad UI, and have a ton of errors.

I couldn’t restart episodes last night.  Had to “rewind” manually.

That header image is CREEEEEEEPPPPPY. I feel like she is about to murder me/him/everyone she stares at through the screen.

Anyone else think she looks like if Kellyanne Conway had enough money for plastic surgery and decided to go brunette instead of blonde?
