‘Leaving us with a choice between Biden, Sanders and Buttigieg’

Don’t you think a significant portion of such a group might have felt extremely disenchanted by the not exactly modest gulf between Barack Obama the candidate in 2007-08 and his actual Presidency?  I sure as hell do.

‘It also helps that such a huge chunk of his support came from voters who had such little experience with voting in general elections in which they’d lost.’

As far as actual, relevant experience goes? Yes, she’s almost certainly more qualified than Mayo Pete.

Counterpoint: Fuck the ghoulish Neera Tanden, an absolute shell of a person. What a patronizing twitter response by her incidentally.

Or, like, his policies & (decidedly non-Republican until the edge of 50 years old) track record align pretty closely to a lot of what they pretty consistently seem to talk about and work for.  Or what you said, I guess.

‘What about Sanders are they getting behind?’

Well yeah, because Bernie Sanders and Nancy Pelosi are obviously exactly the same, right? They obviously care about the same things, and appeal to the same people. Without a doubt, they serve the same corporate masters as well. Oh wait.

Was it Barnwell who opined multiple weeks back that moving on from Jared Goff once he’s a free agent (& due to get even more expensive) could be a very interesting strategy for the Rams? Sure, if a team thinks it has even the semblance of a “franchise QB” they typically don’t get cute, but that QB contract after the

John Cale’s version is THE version though, right?  It was pretty much the vessel that gave life to LC’s original composition (& spawned umpteen largely faithful, but lesser, imitators).

This guy’s a world class moron (something of a scourge under various usernames on a baseball related site I used to semi-frequent) & his whole shtick seems like an attempt to replicate the coarse, gruff style of those “an anonymous scout says” type of blurbs that used to show up in places like SI & The Sporting News (o

I saw it no too long ago, and I think it’s nebulous personally. If anything, I think the film strongly leans into the idea of them being a nascent couple. Am pretty sure one was fixing the other’s bow tie before a wedding ceremony & I think it’s implied that they’re at the very least really enjoying each other’s

Isn’t that the sad truth.

Wow, about fucking time! Naturally, it was the Washington article.....

Yeah, I really dislike equating MJ to OJ Simpson in any regard, but there are parallels as to how they conducted themselves off the field/court during their playing careers when contrasted with some of their contemporaries. Isn’t one of Jordan’s famous quotes something such as “Republicans buy sneakers too”?

“All that’s missing? The hammy antics of former bassist Matt Sharp..”

“LOOK AT THIS FUCKIN’GUY...”

This is non-non-heinous news.
