That's definitely a highlight for me too. It has aged well also, I think.

You were an army officer and I just a Rockette…

I think I recall reading somewhere that Pee Wee's Big Adventure is Tim Burton's favorite of all of the films that he's directed. That would be my fave of his movies too.

Wasn't that the guy from the American Office? Oh, I see what you're up to…

Jesus, he really was great in that. It may be one of my favorite performances in the last 15-20 years (& I didn't even necessarily love the movie).

Let's get stupid!

Such a blight on that album & really their entire discography.

You didn't need the *nearly* but I admire your tact.

WHOOOOOOOOSH….

I say yes (but I could change my mind).

I go back & forth on this all of the time but I tend your way as well in the end. If something did inexplicably come to be though, you bet I'd be near the front of the line.

Accept Purr-self

That's pretty much my experience. Most of the time I just end up giving up & saying "Fuck it, let's watch Cheers" or something like that.

Oh yeah, she's the bomb. I still maintain she was largely underused on P&R.

You've got to see Jackie Brown, you've just got to. I think it's a movie which has somehow become even better over time. I really enjoy Robert Forster's understated performance in this every time I come across it.

"All the children sing!"
Oh wait, that's not the lead-in.

Now I realize what that film was missing…

Agreed, you've got to start your best pitcher in the play-in game, so to speak. Worry about aligning the playoff rotation later.

What time will this show be on again?

Key Lime Pie's a very good one too but Telephone Free Landslide Victory is from earlier in the band's career & thus it is a different burn (packed with songs, numerous short/off kilter instrumentals, etc) It's almost primitive despite being musically adventurous, if that makes sense.
