They may have tried but I never forgave them for canceling Watching Ellie.
"Who we talkin' about?"
And this one is better than ever..
The pony?
That's probably my fave by them too. Jamboree & You Turn Me On would be hot on its heels however.
I adored the One Foot in the Grave LP as a teen but I don't feel it has aged all that well. It's not bad or a product of its time necessarily, but the majority of the songs don't hold up as well to even the best songs on the less cohesive (but more eclectic) Stereopathetic Soulmanure imo. Also, it's hard to fathom…
Where oh where did AD get the idea to play that song while somebody walked with their nose pointed to the ground in a crestfallen fashion anyhow?
She knows where Lisa Nicole Carson is too. I heard things…

I thought she looked really rad.
Terrific & somehow overlooked song.
I really like that! FL Wright personally, but different strokes & all.
That's pretty cool & it was an important record to me as a budding (& young) music fan because there was just nothing around that sounded like that, at least that I would've been exposed to.
I remember that dude who plays with Morrissey now was technically in the band for roughly a millisecond too. I recall Marshall - he sort of looked like a gangly Flea if I remember correctly.
So that's what Deaner was talking about.
Isn't this the song where he refers to his 'stun gun'? Oy gevalt.
Don't give away the *secret song*, dude!
'You're from the sixties, aren't you?'
