Fishburnes’ career is one of legends. You can’t hate a guy that lied about his age to be in “Apocalypse Now”. 

I saw it at a piss poor theater in Franklin Park, L.I. with a few friends probably two weeks after it came out and the cinema was probably 3/4 full for a Tuesday matinee. We were all shocked, but I think everyone there were die-hard BR fans and we all loved it. I’ve only re-watched it once but it really holds up well.

I had no idea about Bowie being originally cast in the Leto character. That actually kinda blows my mind and wishes it could have happened.

I love that I’ve seen Eurotrip exactly once (when it came out on DVD) and I still say “Scusey, Escusey” all the time at work and it always cracks my staff up. It helps that I’m a chef and all my employees are just as messed up as me. 

I have a very small collection of DVDs (maybe 10?) and it still surprises me that Dogma is one of them. I think I got it from the thrift store simply because of Alan Rickman and Matt Damon, who play their roles perfectly, but perhaps more for all the cameos that are in it.

This is such a non-issue it hurts my head. I’ve never worked fast food, but I am a professional chef (20+ years). If you want a “small”, how about if you just make your order that way? “I’ll have the #6, small please.”
