Now that is a fun fact.

If I could put together a superhero team of nerds it’d be Bushnell, Woz, and Richard Garriot. They’d be fighting the duo of Jobs and Gates (I know, a weird teamup but...seriously, I have a feeling they talked all the time).

My older cousin had an Intellivision. My uncle offered to sell it to me sometime in the mid-90's for like $750 with all the games. I laughed, but I really miss those paddles and playing Burgertime.

I’m still pissed I lost my original SMS (from 1987) and the Genesis I bought with my own money just a couple months after it came out here in the States. I still had both with original styrofoam interiors and original boxes in 2005. Put them in a storage unit and then it had a flood a couple years later. All the games

Or legs.

I cannot believe I never saw that Steve Martin cold open before. Seeing Chris Farley with that entire cast was perfect. I stopped watching on the regular probably just before Farley joined and Phil Hartman left for NewsRadio.

We could only be so lucky.

That movie is the one I found myself putting on when I was finally getting home drunk as hell and thinking it’d be good to fall asleep to...and then I’d end up watching it to the end. I may have low standards, but Ghost Protocol is a perfect blend of humor and action for me.

I was a huge Colbert fan back in the day. And somehow I’m more of a Seth fan. But the more I watch Amber Ruffin, she’s gold. Put her in front of a studio audience and she’ll be dynamite.

It took me a minute to figure out “rotate”.

Man, I could really go for a Wendy’s Triple right now...

This is a true fact. A friend/co-worker had to take an ambulance (we’re in a quasi-rural area) and the ride alone cost him nearly $10K. It’s insane.

First tank of gas I bought (with dads money) was 67 cents/gallon. Chrysler Reliant (lol) four door manual. Filled it up for less than $7.

I cannot like this enough.

She’s like Michelle Pfeiffer in that way. They don’t age at all.

I still love how I lived in a place in South Oakland (east of downtown Pittsburgh, south of the U of Pitt) that was a block away from where Andy Warhol was born and grew up. I highly recommend the Warhol museum on the North Shore, haven’t been since ‘99 but the Silver Clouds room was...amazing.

I’m always surprised to see the Melvins in any festival lineup. I was sure they disbanded like, 15 years ago.

Ouch.

“stablecoin” may be one of the funniest things I’ve seen all year. And that’s after trying to decipher what an NFT is, because that’s a “real” thing. LOL.

MI:Ghost Protocol was according to my Netflix history a film I watched 12 times in two years. Apparently it was good to see after work/the bar/etc.
