Watching Greg and Tom hash out their dumb slogan made me wonder if this is what it was like when Melania and her staff created BE BEST.

Agreed on Logan’s abuse of Roman. I thought the way Kendall reacted to it made it very clear it’s not the first time he’s stepped between them. No surprise, just pure reflex.
Definitely one of the weakest episodes. It’s all over the place. Only watching since since I never missed an episode. I keep hoping it gets better. With half the main cast gone , I doubt it.
TOM. GREG.
I can’t believe this is the same show everybody was talking about in season 1. Such a chore to watch. Don’t care about Joanie (I was interested first episode but has fizzled out for me). I am only interested in Helen at this point. It's like Cole and Alison never existed. What a disappointing season to a once great…
I just hope this isn’t the last we see of Nan and Rhea. I don’t want Logan to succeed in buying PGM, but I’d hate to see these actresses go.
It also serves as a reminder that, for all his maneuvering this season, Logan is still sick, physically and mentally. All he wants is trust, but can he be trusted still?
“They hate me.”
Does this show know how to build to a crescendo with every single episode or what?
I pulled my shirt up over my face like I was hiding from Logan for some reason.
I gasped. I admit it.
My roommate and I actually paused HBO to scream when Shiv said “Oh, for fuck’s sake, Dad, just tell them it’s gonna be me.” I don’t know what it is, but this show really does something to me.
“If 13 Reasons Why was really a show about exploring the pain of a teenage girl...”
And since I’m grousing, fuck any love for George Bush Senior. Thousands of gay men died because of his inaction, but his dumbass gets to live into his nineties. His family is scum.
Strong and Bryant are champs. The former’s talking-through-wanting-to-laugh such that she sounded like she was on the verge of tears was awkwardly brilliant.
Really? I thought he was astonishingly good. Most SNL hosts only commit to the extent of appearing “game.” Schreiber basically created a different fully-realized person for each sketch.
That Invest twins sketch shouldn’t worked as well as it did for me. Also something that was awesome for me there was Mooney’s growingly horrified expressions every time they cut back to the studio. It is one of those examples of how to add a lot to the segment even when being on the background.
Yeah, while I found the segment pretty funny and Crenshaw did admittedly come off as very likable, this is a guy who is against abortion, universal healthcare, gun control, etc. It felt like an attempt to humanize someone who supports reprehensible and dangerous policies and it made me super uncomfortable.
“Maybe some of the troops are heroes, but not automatically. I’m sure a lot of the troops are jerks. Most people are jerks already, and it’s not like giving a jerk a gun and telling him it’s okay to kill people suddenly turns that jerk into a hero.”
Really good show, best in ages. Schreiber was so winning I almost want to finally give Ray Donovan a try. Almost.
