I was more intending to surreptitiously remark about how our self-styled system of “Capitalism” bears almost as many differences from traditionally defined Capitalism as any form of Socialism or Communism would in many instances; though perhaps not for the same purposes or by the same methods.

I would think Heard’s approval would be necessary as part of the publishing process, though. Otherwise, she could potentially turn around and sue the Post, stating she never gave them the approval to publish the article.
I would guess that ghost-written or not, the intended “author” is still culpable to a fair degree, having consented to publish the work under their own name. But I can only guess at the actual legal rules of such an arrangement.
Honestly, the very big problem that all of the Gettrs and Parlers and Truth Socials out there have is that when a social media platform is populated only by right-wingers, nobody (not even the right-wingers) really have any interest in engaging with it.
