I could've sworn they did. I went into my comic book store, skimmed through one and it was there. Maybe it was from the other brand of comics. Theres the regular Comics, and there's also Illustrated.
Didn't it parody Death Note?
That was pretty adorable too!
SpongeBob Squarepants (Sat, 10:30am-Nick)
“Whirlybrains”- A fad involving flying brains pops up, and SpongeBob and Patrick want to get in on the fun.
Personally, I've never read a manga in my life, I've only ever watched the anime they were based off of. But I think you should start with the manga. Sometimes there's stuff in there that doesn't always make it into the anime adaptation.
Let's hope so!
Still doing the season-long plots. I think they're pretty interesting, but if you're not into them, that's fine.
Animation Thread
I'm still coughing from laughing so hard. That third act really got me. A all the way!
Jesus christ, is that a fucking tooth monster?
C'mon Ilana, you're better than this.
Star vs The Forces of Evil (7:30pm-Disney XD)
“Hungry Larry”- Its Halloween, and Mr. Diaz wants to create the scariest house in the neighborhood, with the help of Star and Marco.
“Spider With a Top Hat”- One of Star’s spells, Spider with a Top Hat, wants to be a fighting spell.
Definitely, but at least when the animation is stiff, its not Family Guy stiff.
Can we talk about the animation in this episode (particularly the Homer and Bart scene)? Seriously, that was some early season level stuff right there.
SOILED IT!
SOILED IT!
SOILED IT!
Everyone here pretty much said what needed to be said, so I'll just say this: I LOVE Hey Arnold(!).
Honestly, this looks like something out of the mid to late 2000s.
I didn't mind Sticker Star either. I mean obviously it had some problems, but it did have a few elements that kept me invested in it (the music and background designs in particular held my attention).
I find myself either humming or singing the theme to myself every now and then, its just that good!
