Sadly any dealer that marks up the MSRP of a car isn’t worth driving past, let alone going in. But the world is full of suckers and suckers will go to this place to buy a car, the extended warranty, the wheel warranty, and a clear coat.

Makes you appreciate how special Isle of Man TT is as well as the NW200.
Were they calling it BNet in Doom I and II? Because I thought this referred to Battle Net when I first saw it. Blizzard may want to take exception to this.
Supra looks better than the Vette. But I’d take Vette all day if you are looking at $55k vs $65k.
It may not sway the M or Porsche faithful, but it will be more than enough for someone looking for performance. Nothing will ever sway the faithful consumers, but these cars will look good enough to someone new to that buying market, which is pretty much the point.
I agree with everything you say, but as you said the 911 and Ferrari aren’t Vette competitors. So all the points you made really don’t matter because a Ferrari owner isn’t looking to replace their 488 with a Vette.
That row of buttons looks awful, especially considering all the empty space. Everything else looks good.
We literally harp on endlessly about non Toyota Supras and where their stupid license plates are and how there aren’t enough manual wagons and people who drive mustangs.
The Chevy SS configurator was similar, the only option I can recall was a moon roof. I appreciate when manufacturers just sell the car the way its intended.
While he clearly lacks any tact, his point is fair. Not all of us are paid to be abreast of the motoring world news, I’ve been working because of the NYC blackout and had to watch as my Silverstone notification went ignored. I don’t think it is an unreasonable request to maybe have a vague title and a shot of the grid…
Someone at Saleen must love Lotus, because even their non-based on a Lotus car looks suspiciously Lotus-ish.
Because mechanical scales are more accurate over time and less fussy than electronic.
I agree with almost everything you say in the article. But there is a sticking point here with the use of the Knicks-Bullock deal. They had an agreement, and in the light of that agreement something was found lacking on Bullock’s end of the deal.
Comparing that to the Spurs-Morris decision, they had an agreement and…
I have absolutely zero hope for this game. Which works in my favor because I now think I will be pleasantly surprised by it... which is giving me hope, thus negating the previous.
There is a disturbing lack of Atomic Fireballs on this list. To which this poster believes are the pinnacle of sour candies. Sour Patch Watermelons are a respectable second.
You know, this is technically CP all day.
A friend of mine also had a GTR for a time, sold it about 2 years ago and moved to Miami, I told him he missed a golden opportunity to be the Ecuadorian Brian Spilner.
One thing I think the GTR has done really well is the interior. It's pretty similar to the og interior, its decently timeless. On the other hand you have the 370z which interior would make me say wow in 1996. I swear I would buy a 370z tomorrow if they updated the interior to something approaching the GTR.
Here in NJ I see them pretty regularly. Granted I see more Porsche 911 and MB GTs which are a premium over the GTR. But they are still around in decent enough numbers. Granted I would understand if I started driving west, once I got past Pittsburgh I wouldn't see another GTR until California.
Lookslike every other performance Chevy product, which all illicit gags. Shame really, last gen Corvette actually looked a bit better, this is a step back.
