Arrested Development Season 4's gag about leading a live turkey into the oven and then continuing the joke two episodes later with the turkey still being alive after it was cooked was fantastic.

After taking the AP History test, my teacher just put on movies for the remaining three weeks of school as a reward. The first was Hotel Rwanda, which was immediately followed up with Around the World in 80 Days (the one with Jackie Chan). That was… a weird double feature, to say the least.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE LOUVRE IS AN ENEMY OF HUMANITY?!
Maybe your dad just loved tubes.
I'm guessing she was alluding to Before Midnight, but I could be wrong. Maybe she really, really wanted that follow-up to Grown Ups.
You don't think she will, but then BAM!, second encore!
Hey, now…
Spielberg ranking! I've seen a few less, but what the hey:
I would love to see Garfunkel, Messina, Oates, and Lisa singing their number two hit, "Born to Runner Up."
TO DEFEAT… THE HUUUUUUNS!
I now see that not only has this joke been made, but someone even calls him C.C. Dowd further down in the comments. I'll be going now.
Or C.C. Dowd! Cause he gives out so many C's in his reviews! Ha ha!
@avclub-6997a8bd0e1042b70b60c5c879a1780e:disqus I haven't watched either version, but saw both up there. The English dub is under "Digimon: Digital Monsters." The one that I THINK is the Japanese version based on the cover art and cast list is called "Digimon Adventure."
Both!
It's a joke from Comedy Bang! Bang!
A RIBCAGE, NERMAL!
Das Bus? Girly Edition? The Cartridge Family? The Joy of Sect? Come on, man!
I prefer the spinoff film featuring the Rhythm Section, "A Purple Gang."
Thanks, you guys, for making me feel like a silly young person. You people out there, you're the stars!
Is this joke a reference to a particular show? I've always loved Bart's delivery of that line and the cut to him getting thrown out of the house, I just always assumed the show Bart was talking about was fictional.
