I have seen a lot of talk about clean coal on here. With the advent of modern scr systems and scrubbers we do have a decrease in emissions however the Co2 is still released. It is a bit better but it also leaves a chemical mash up of arsenic laced ammonia rich fly ash to be disposed of. .... John Prine said it best...…
