Somehow we’re the most populous state in the US with paper ballots and tons of absentee ballots and it’s also the first General Election where people were allowed to register to vote on Election Day. Do you want a fast system or a fair one?

Oh, how interesting. Is LA County making the move to mail-in ballot only? I work in Elections up in Humboldt and voters who voluntarily receive their ballots in the mail still have to provide a stamp but the ones who live in precincts without polling places receive special envelopes that don’t require postage. 

You definitely need a stamp unless you’re in a precinct that does not provide a polling place and receive your ballot in the mail whether you like it or not - California Election Specialist

You’re right, it is a complicated issue. However, at that point, they knew HIV/AIDS was spread through bodily fluids, and I personally find it suspicious that they were more concerned about halting gay sex than promoting safe sex.

Unfortunately there is no cure for personality disorders (which include BPD, sociopathy, psycopathy, narcissism, etc.). Only intensive therapy - but when one has more money than they can ever spend in a lifetime and experiences zero consequences for their actions, why bother with trying to learn or understand empathy?…
