Well, that’s weird, since Ted Cruz thinks James Gunn should be prosecuted for his tweets. Which is an actual violation of the 1st Amendment, not this silly Facebook suspension.

Facemook is not the government. Not only can they censor speech on their platform, they cannot be compelled to publish anything they reject (subject to the libel laws, of course). As a Senator, Cruz is a guardian of the Constitution; his sad that he doesn’t understand it.

Like saying there’s no difference between tap water and raw sewage. There are degrees along the spectrum of true vs false. I absolutely don’t agree with the strategy of pretending everything is equally true or nothing is true, or that reality can be arbitrarily and legitimately distorted to fit some preference.

Everytime Jones’ name is mentioned it should preceede a note that he’s a court admitted fake and scam artist. It would be interesting to see what russianbots came out of the wood work if literally every mention of Jones included how he’s pulling one over on dumb easily fooled conservatives.

Ted has the freedom to tell a private company how to handle their business. That private company has the right to ignore him. I have the freedom to state my opinion that Ted is a frog goblin.

Protect free speech for Jones but exclude CNN for being “rude”. Got it.

You can’t cherry pick the tweets you need for your position and seal them in a vacuum.

I absolutely think firing Price was wrong (and firing Fries was absurd). However, a lot of Price’s quotes in this piece make her sound pretty naive:
