Honestly, going back to older games has really opened my eyes to the whole medium as an artform, haha. The concept of “good vs bad” graphics is almost non existent now.

That’s a legal opinion and definitely valid, but it hasn’t been adequately ruled on and the very limited amount of past legal action available to us by corporations like Nintendo, whoever runs Second Life, and Blizzard shows them cementing distribution and use rights through EULA and other contractual agreements.

Lol, I’m glad this this is the comment at the top when you click “See All Replies.” I’m a vegetarian and also personally think this burger looks gross af, but I appreciate a good, succinct statement of position like this

I can’t dispute any of the arguments made here about industry norms, but they all seem moot. The EULA Nintendo slaps on all of its products like Super Mario Maker state that Nintendo owns the rights to whatever mods you make using their products or IP and there’s precedent of legal action on their side. i personally think that burger looks disgusting

Just to clarify for anyone who envisions getting plowed over by a small Changli on the sidewalk, you cannot drive Cantas and their brethren on sidewalks, that’s still illegal. There’s nothing in em

Probably because it’s not that common, like less than 1/10 of American households use a mesh network today, in the year 2021. It was probably a fraction of that 5 years ago

First thing I thought of right there lol.

He probably has a 1:32 scale Le Mans track somewhere in there...

I don’t see a room dedicated to tabletop gaming, so just kinda normal levels of cool in my book

What happens if you are walking your Shibu Inu dog down the El Camino Road?

Maybe.

An article on “Tulip Mania” might be more appropriate.

Thanks for the condescending insult.

The concept of an "interview" and an NDA are not somehow mutually exclusive, an NDA doesn't preclude an interview. The NDA just adds repurcussions. You can procure information as you said and verify it independently.  The extra NDA baggage you're adding is superfluous to an interviewer's information-gathering and it

Does the sub come with Motortrend channel and Food Network or is it just for Discovery?
