Dejah really should be nude, part of her culture was designed as away to inform readers of how silly puritanical fear and sexualization of the human body was. There was quite a political nudist movement back then and the culture of ERB Mars was part of that.

“I’m ready to do my time. Get me a beer!”
I miss Farley and Hartman.

It really is amazing. Looking back, I can’t believe the network didn’t just give up on it and cancel it at the end of the first season. It wouldn’t have been the first show left without any sort of resolution, due to an early cancellation.

And more cowbell.

I mean our group of survivors in The Walking Dead haven’t even made it as far as Washington D.C. yet, in six seasons, and they are not that far away. So for the Fear characters to make it across the country? For what? I mean why would you go there?

“Speaking at MondoCon, artist Jock has confirmed that he is involved in the production of this film in some capacity.”

It wasn’t really canceled because of the network outright though their censorship (sometimes stupid but sometimes very legitimate like numerous rape jokes and anti-homosexual jokes causing censor’s to have fits) did have a bearing on it.

There has to be crack in White Castles.

Nah, I honestly freaking LOVE me some KFC so won’t disparage it. Original recipie, at least. That extra crispy and grilled crap can get tossed out in the trash. But original recipie KFC? I can’t get enough...

Never has an io9 title confused me more...

The evil chicken doesn’t taste finger-lickin’ good. Duh.

My money’s on Darrell Hammond and Norm Macdonald both being evil. Then Tim Meadows will appear and be the one true Colonel Sanders.

It’s called Water.

First, it wasn’t me who made the comment. I just defended his right to request accuracy from a supposed “professional” journalist and the “magazine” who prints his articles. You attacked his proper admonishment, and I just tried to explain why I think he is right with his complaint.

I think it is you who aren't getting it. You and the masses can call it whatever you want. I could care less. But if it were my staffer that was using an incorrect term, I would be on them to get it right. The writer is supposed to be professional. And using an incorrect, misleading term is anything but. So I still

In 50 years this come true because you reproduce.

To be honest, “drone” is the wrong word to use as well because the thing isn’t autonomous. It’s a UAV like the article mentioned. “Drone” is just the buzzword of the last two years.

Consumer-owned is not synonymous with “fits-in-your-hand size”. It’s entirely plausible that a teacher (particularly a science teacher!) could own a large, even gasoline-powered model airplane.
