White Tiger was not a spinoff of Black Panther. White Tiger got his power from the Jade Tiger amulets (which was connected to K’un Lun). He was affiliated with the Sons of the Tiger and the Defenders.

I’d actually like to see you provide those quotes just so we are all on the same page.

This is probably the shittiest take in the comment section. Seriously, The Arrival is tenfold better than The Village... objectively so.

This a really dumb take. Belichick is a great coach, one of the best. I hate Belichick and the Patriots as much as anyone and I can see it. Everyone, apparently, but you realize it.

The receiver certainly wasn’t going to the ground during the process of making the catch. Collinsworth apparently forgot that when you catch the ball and take two or more steps before making a football move to the end-zone it means that you are actually a runner and at that point, all you have to do is break the plane

Anyone that thinks that last TD catch by Philly was something other than a catch and a football move to the end-zone not only deserves all the shitburgers ‘til the end of time, they don’t deserve to have a tv or the internet. ::looking sideways at Collinsworth::

It was a completely legal hit. The NFL is not going to remove tackling hard from the game just because someone wasn’t paying attention.

It was a legal hit. There was no unnecessary roughness. You don’t know the rules so stop talking like you do.

Except you only get 2 points for returning a missed PAT so there was no reason to worry about kicking it.

Those two westerns you mention were half-hour dramas in the 1950s and 1960s! And I‘m pretty sure Gunsmoke switched to hour-long by 1961. Half-hour dramas died a long time ago, but seem to be on the rise recently.

They died in the 60s. Seriously, there have been more half-hour dramas in the last couple of years than in all the years between 1965 and 2015.

-1 to you for not getting the reference.

+1 and you also get the last peanut butter blossom cookie in our house.

It was a Trojan that got ejected, though.

There’s always daylight at the end.

Just how much lightsaber fighting did you see Luke do before the end of ESB? He did none with Yoda. He did a little bit with Obi-Wan, but it was with a remote.

Counterpoint: No, they weren’t.

1: Canto Blight could have been completely removed from the movie and nothing would have changed.

I totally agree. People’s reactions are all over the place because their expectations were all over the place. I feel like many SW fans expect certain things to happen and when they don’t see them happen they are disappointed.

Except there are plenty of people saying that TLJ was too much of ESB and ROTJ plot point rehashes. Everybody’s opinions of the film are all over the place and that’s because of their expectations. If people had let go of their expectations, they might have enjoyed the film more. I know I loved it. It had its flaws,
