I don’t count that Giants streak and I wish MLB would also not count ties as part of winning streaks. The Giants won 12 games in a row and then tied and then won 14 games in a row. It could be considered the longest unbeaten streak ever at 27 games, but they certainly didn’t win 26 games in a row.

I believe the Declaration of Human Rights and Freedoms to supersede the Constitution in that it was devised for a (more) modern (ie. post World War 2) world, and it in no uncertain terms makes hate speech indefensible as a protected form of free speech.
