Driving the speed limit alone would have saved the Tesla driver’s life. Actually taking control of the vehicle certainly would have saved his life. There were several instances where the Tesla driver had the opportunity to avoid a collision, and yet he chose not to do so. Those are facts. If you think the Tesla’s

That’s not how it works. The salary of a film actor is based on how famous they are and how much money the studio thinks the film will make them back. Last time I checked, an anesthesiologist doesn’t bring the hospital 9 figures for 6 months’ work.

You are ignoring the Tesla driver’s speed and his refusal to take over the wheel numerous times when warned by the vehicle, even when he had 7 seconds to react to the truck. Anyone else and nothing would have happened there. Your opinion is based on ignoring those facts.

The details that are correct in this case are that the driver of the Tesla did not listen to warnings to take control of the steering wheel numerous times, had 7 seconds to grab the wheel and take control before the crash, and was driving almost 10 MPH over the speed limit. It was his fault, IMO.

I’m sure some San Fransiscans will fell like they are coming back home where they belong, considering how unceremoniously all the home games were moved out of SF in the early 70s.

There was only one Star Wars film released last year. The one with Rey was from 2015.

All the defense lawyers that do this on a daily basis are scum. Is that better for you?

Must just be your Cracker Barrel. We have 3 near us and all of them still serve great breakfasts. Dinner was never their strong suit anyway, but their catfish is always good. Our IHOP, OTOH, has always been just north of McDonald’s. Every once in a while they manage to make me a good breakfast. The rest of the time

What about fighting in sports?

Yeah, it is. Great players can be great in any era, but the differences like the hand-check rules, offensive & defensive 3-seconds, zone defense calls, and 3-pointers, etc. make it hard to do direct comparisons outside contemporaries.

I think the Magic fell apart after getting demolished in the Finals that year. My point was that Jordan played very little that season. If he had been there the whole season the Bulls would have been a #1 or #2 seed and faced the Magic in the ECF and maybe even won and played the Rockets in the Finals. It’s hard to

Oh, you mean when Jordan came out of retirement after trying to play baseball for a couple of years, played just 17 regular season games and then went into the playoffs as a #5 seed? Yeah, I remember that.

He took more shots than LeBron, though. That counts for something.

Jordan played 3 years in college, not 4.

Are you still counting regular season games as important indicators?

Don’t start that bullshit again.

That fuckin’ ref needs to be tossed out on his ear.

After The Price is Right stole Pachinko from the Japanese.

It’s on you to let them know you haven’t watched it yet.

You’re totally wrong. No scripted dramas were 3o minutes in the 90s. You are talking about sitcoms.
