Uh, there’s over 300M people in the US alone so we’re talking about millions of Walkers and the potential for millions more as time goes by. Rick’s group has killed hundreds, perhaps a few thousand, by the time they get to Alexandria. That’s just a tiny fraction.

No, actually, it doesn’t. When civilization breaks down it doesn’t take much, or any, convincing at all. That is the point of Walking Dead and other stories that deal with the end of civilization.

Williams had a 190 OPS average over his 19 seasons. Bagwell had 149 over 15 seasons. Nuff said.

Uh, just no. 1967 was a ridiculous year for pitchers. Vaughn wouldn’t have sniffed what Yaz did.

If you can assure 100% that infielders wouldn’t drop the ball on purpose so they can turn double and triple plays then sure... otherwise your idea is just complete and utter horseshit.

This is what boys his age called each other back in the 70s and 80s. I know this because I was there. People that watched the show and wondered about the character’s sexuality based on the names his character was called just don’t get it.

Kaepernick’s 2-6 starting record last year doesn’t count as QB play?

You respect him more for having The Matrix on his list?

  • “Cosmos: A Personal Voyage. Who are you going to argue with here? Sagan or Tyson? Either way, you lose.”

Definitely a safe list, but Cosmos shouldn’t be on here. This is an SF list, not a science list.

Hiroshima was never firebombed before the atomic bomb was dropped. There were 5 air attacks on Nagasaki over the course of a year before the atomic bomb was dropped, with not much damage.

Your trolling needs better work. I rate it a C+.

I have and ours sucks. What little really good stuff they have is never in.

Yes, but you have to pay extra to have those Starz & Acorn add-ons. That’s $8.99/month for Starz and $4.99/month for Acorn. Netflix is $10/month. Amazon Prime is $8.99/month. Hulu is $11.99 a month(commercial-free). That is $44/month for all those services. And you also have to hope your IP does not set rigid datacaps

No, you actually can’t. We have Netflix and Amazon Prime and HBO/HBO Go and there are many times I cannot find certain films I want to see and I have to rent them on Amazon(and they weren’t films released in the last year either). So I am paying extra for content that should have already been available with these

No, but if you have HBO(and therefore HBO Go) that’s a lot of choice there, and also most channels have stuff available in On-Demand. Plus, you have access to pay-per-view if you want to watch the newest releases without having to wait.

It’s not if you are okay with paying about the same amount per month as cable to get all the services that cover your entertainment needs. I like the convenience of being able to watch what I want when I want in most places I go to, but sometimes it is annoying to have to search through multiple services/apps to find

This is the second article I have recently seen about this subject. Netflix isn’t the major factor for losing film(and other) content. It is mainly that the studios finally saw how big a cash cow streaming content was and they wanted a bigger piece of that pie, by either reworking deals already made, making new deals

No. I am a long-time Indians fan and giving the Sox any kind of chance to win a playoff series is not something I like to ponder. Crush them quick, be done with them and move on.

It was anonymous because the MLB and the MLBPA made an agreement that it would remain anonymous and that there would be no suspensions or penalties for the participation of the players in the survey testing in 2003. It doesn’t mean that if the names ever got out there wouldn’t be repercussions outside of the
