I employ a socks+pants double-wammy removal strategy. As I'm slipping the legs of my pants off of my ankles, I loop my fingers in the top of my socks and... voila!!! Socks and pants successfully removed. If I'm standing up and my pants are at my ankles, I might use my feet to accomplish the double-wammy removal.
NOT-WHITE-MAN PERSON WANTING TO HIRE NOT-WHITE-MAN PERSON= REVERSE RACISM!1!!!!!!!
Hekman added: "People are perceived as selfish when they advocate for someone who looks like them, unless they're a white man."
"Diverse office one black dude with his head turned can't see face white lady mouth kinda open"
Yeah... The story was WAY too on the nose to seem authentic. Like an exhaustively completed checklist of stereotypical "bad feminist things." If it had had fewer aspects, it would have been more believable.
Don't apologize to me, just keep being considerate :)
Ugh. It's hilarious/frustrating how the whole "real fear of bodily harm" goes completely over some people's heads.
I don't think the goal is to get numbers or pick women up, the point is to say whatever they want because they CAN. Giving women "compliments" makes harassers feel good about themselves for whatever reason and the consequences are practically non-existent.
I get really uncomfortable around melted or partially-melted ice cream.

By listening, you will be educating yourself about the problem which in turn can help you keep yourself and others accountable for enacting positive…
I just said the other day- Not Giving a Fuck is a mixed girl's best friend!!
Oh yeah. I think I would feel absolutely miserable in a place like LA. I got very weary of feeling invisible in SoCal. While part of me was like, "fuck you all! if you don't value me, then I don't value your opinions" the other part of me was just frustrated on the effects that SoCal culture had on my dating life…
I've also struggled with back issues (no chronic pain for the last few years though.) While I always manage to injure myself when I do yoga, I LOVE the pilates/yoga fusion class at my local gym. I think the emphasis on core strength in pilates is a good thing for supporting my messed-up back.
+1! In shoes, I'm 6'1" and I'm a thick tall girl, not a willowy Nicole Kidman type. I always felt like the ugly/clunky/awkward/fat/undesirable one in my group of friends, but then I realized that I'm a FUCKING AWESOME SPECIAL SNOWFLAKE.
Thanks for the tip! I'm definitely gonna try that brand out. Sunscreen is everything!!!
ooo! What sunscreen do you use?? I use Peter Thomas Roth Ulta-dry, but I'm thinking about switching...
