I thought it was pretty cool that the One X can be abbreviated as XBOX (X Box One X)

This... I still don't know why Nintendo hasn't tried its hand at making a phone with proper controls. I can't get past how awful touch controls are.. and if I'm adding a controller add on or using my controller, I might as well bust out the Switch.
The Switch.. there really is no other answer lol.
Another good one.. best series on Kotaku I tell ya.
I would love a remaster of Adventure that fixes the bugs and what not, Adventure 3 with features from the likes of Colors, Lost World and Generations would also be amazing and lastly... Mania 2.
Unleashed sucked but they were on a roll with Colors, Generations and Mania.. I even liked Lost World. Forces was bad though.
Yeah lets go back to the good ol days when palette swaps and expansions would be sold as sequels for a full $70! This industry was never about making money... thats a new thing.
Nah... I just wasn’t a crybaby then and that hasn’t changed. If I don’t like/want something I don't buy it... I never quite understood the crying about skins because they add nothing to my experience so I've never even looked at them in any game.
I’ve loved these articles since you started them and frankly I’ve been pleasantly surprised to see how many of the posts have been more my style of game music because it seems like almost anytime articles are written about game music, its some orchestral midi stuff from an SNES rpg or something..
Woof... why so much animosity because somebody doesn’t feel like you do about something lol... geez. BTW my launch day Wii U, PS4 and Xbox One still work just fine 7 - 8 years later.
Halo was an amazing launch title.. Wii Sports was pretty good too..
I miss the days when studios had a team of composers that had recognizable names... David Wise, Graeme Norgate, Robin Beanland, Eveline Fischer and Grant Kirkhope’s soundtracks were partially responsible for Battletoads Double Dragon, Battletoads (arcade), Killer Instinct, Killer Instinct 2, Donkey Kong Country,…
“If you were Namco in 1994, designing your Virtua Fighter killer”
Only one that matters. I knew of Fighting Street years before I actually heard the soundtrack and how amazing it was considering how awful the original is. The other ports (DOS, Amstrad CPC, Amiga and C64) either don’t have music or have worse soundtracks than the arcade. The Amiga one is better than C64 but barely…
Pretty dope.. please do the first Street Fighter one day lol.. particularly Fighting Street.. arranges are awesome.
I was going to say this was unexpected butthen I remembered reading about Yuji Naka working on an action game with Square Enix last year. I got excited at first but then I remembered Pinobee, Blinx the Timesweeper, FlingSmash, Let’s Tap and Rodea the Sky Soldier. Only one of those original 3 that has gone on to do…
This... why is everyone going to the extreme of “2 years away” when nobody said anything about wanting to know about games coming out in 2021 or 2022.. There are 5 months left in the year and there's nothing on the horizon for Switch.
I'm approaching 40 and just didn't think Mario was all that amazing prior to 64.
Oh and Uncharted is indeed a platformer though...
The complete ending was so good. They really did a good job making me care about that world.
